1. Free shipping for orders to the United States, Canada and Australia.
2. Shipping to other international locations is $40, free shipping on orders over $800.
Processing Time
All our products are made to order and usually take 7 -10 working days.

Time of receipt = processing time + shipping time
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take entire liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Orders & Returns
Follow the shopping process on our website, add to the shopping cart, fill in the receiving information and after payment is completed, we will arrange production.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please check our confirmation email after you placed your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you find something wrong with your order.
Generally, all items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after 120 minutes of your purchase will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
We respect the privacy of individuals, we do not force registration and account opening, you can pay for your order online using the guest mode.

Please briefly describe the reason why you need to exchange or return.
- Step 2: Receive a return notification email
- Once you initiate your return, you will receive an email from us within 48 hours. Within this email, you’ll receive further return instructions.
- Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)
- Please include a copy of the return with the order number, full name, and email address. Packages should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method.
- Step 4: Upload the return tracking number
- Remember to send us the tracking number once the package is shipped back to us.
Each piece of gigiringdesign Jewelry is made to order, Returns that are not initiated by quality issues. we will charge the shipping fee andd handcrafting fees（30% of total order value）. Shipping and handmade costs will be deducted from the original payment (free shipping items will also be charged postage).
